Ms. Hieng started her employment at HBS LAW in 2015, supporting the firm with regards to an extensive range of matters. She is a member of the General Corporate and Investment, Banking and Finance, and Dispute Resolution and Litigation Practice Groups.

She handles a wide range of matters for the firm including, but not limited to, preparing documents to register and deregister companies and other corporate changes with the Council for the Development of Cambodia, Ministry of Commerce and General Department of Taxation. She also reviews, advises on, and prepares loan and security contracts and contracts over immovable property and prepares donations and wills, and translates legal documents from English to Khmer and vice versa.
