Ms. Ly obtained an LLM from Nagoya University, Japan, under the Japanese-MEXT scholarship program. Her specialization is labor law and industrial relations. 

In addition, she also has extensive knowledge of criminal law, international trade law, and international criminal law, earned through her previous experiences in international moot competitions, internships, and work in both the national court and hybrid court settings.

In 2022, she joined HBS LAW and became a member of the Corporate Commercial and Investment practice group. Ms. Ly has been supporting Cambodian clients and, likewise, foreign clients across different sectors (i.e., food chain, tourism, agriculture, etc.), who conduct cross-border businesses and transactions.
