Sathavy earned her LL.M from Nagoya University, Japan, as a recipient of the prestigious Japanese-MEXT scholarship program in 2023, focusing her studies on a comparative family law and dispute resolution.

Additionally, she has cultivated a profound understanding of contract law and international commercial arbitration, earned through her active participation in international moot competitions.

In 2023, she joined HBS LAW, where she has become a member of the Construction and Real Estate as well as Dispute Resolution practice groups. Since then, Sathavy has been advising and supporting domestic Cambodian and foreign clients in matters concerning real estate transactions and construction projects.

Within the Dispute Resolution practice group, Sathavy takes a proactive role in assisting clients in navigating their disputes, offering support not only in relation to court proceedings but also in various alternative dispute resolution forums.
