The MOC and MPTC jointly issued a Notification to inform all companies that pursuant  to Article 7 of the Law on the Commercial Enterprises on the filing of ADCE and Article 7 of the Sub-Decree No. 287 dated 31 December 2021 on the Management and Use of the National Domain Name

on the Internet, companies, duly registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia, are required to use the national domain name level 2, type “.com.kh” and to provide an electronic address containing a domain name with the national domain name level 2, type “.com.kh”, when filing an ADCE with the MOC to update the status of companies. Accordingly, all registered companies, who have not used the national domain name level 2, type “.com.kh”, must urgently register to use the national domain name level 2, type “.com.kh” with the MPTC.

In addition, the MOC requires that all companies provide their national domain name level 2, type “.com.kh” while filing an ADCE with MOC, effective 1 January 2023.
